What is a PP-Module

A PP-Module (Protection Profile Module) is a PP which cannot be evaluated by itself. Like a Protection Profile, a PP-Module is a set of requirements put together using CC constructs. The difference is that a PP-Module relies on another PP (called a base PP) for Security Assurance Requirements used for the evaluation of the product. Combining a PP-Module with a base PP requires the use of a PP-Configuration which specifies how the two sets of requirements must be combined.
